The young Earl blinks at her statement, before frowning deeply and clearing his throat. Needless to say, he was quite annoyed by the nickname and the comment.

“Such words are unnecessary, Miss.”

“Oh, heehee~! Terribly sorry, darling, it’s just quite adorable… I couldn’t help myself!” Marion grinned down at the boy. She didn’t care much for children, but this one had an eye patch, and that changed everything.

He frowned, but nonetheless stayed quiet in order to maintain his posture. He coughed before answering.

“I believe we haven’t met before,” started the young boy. “I am the Earl Ciel Phantomhive.” He eyed her with his big blue orbs. “Surely, you know who I am?” Ah, his pride is kicking in. He waited for her to introduce herself.
